Privacy policy
This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Data we collect
When you complete our quote request form, we collect the information you submit: name, phone number and, if provided, email, city, consumption, project details, simulation, STEG bill amount and copy, and message. Optional information and documents remain optional.
When you arrive through a tagged link from our Google Business Profile or a post, source and campaign labels may accompany your request, along with the article or service area viewed. This information helps us understand where requests come from and is kept with your file. No advertising cookies or browsing history are used for this tracking.
In the solar assessment, automatic bill reading takes place in your browser, without sending its content to an external recognition service. The bill is sent to Tunisie PV only when you voluntarily submit the request with consent. It is stored in a private space accessible to authorised team members. You can remove the file before submitting.
Why we use it
To handle your request: contact you, assess your project and provide a quote. Source labels also help us identify pages and posts that generate enquiries. We do not share your contact details with advertising platforms for this tracking.
Basis and consent
Your data is recorded only if you tick the consent box when submitting the form.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. It is accessible only to our team for following up on your request.
Requests, the assessment provided, contact details and attached documents are synchronised with our Leads Central sales management tool to prepare your assessment and organise your callback. Bills remain accessible only to authorised members.
Food storage
We retain your request for the time needed to handle your project, then for the applicable legal retention period. You may request its deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact.tunisiepv@gmail.com.
Cookies
The forms and professional area use technical cookies to manage sessions and protect exchanges. These cookies are not used for advertising tracking.
